Payment- We accept the following payment methods:

Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, Visa

Postage- Postage within Australia is $9.00 parcel post, $12 Express post- both up to 5kg. Above 5kg will incur additional postage costs.

Items will be posted within 48 hours of sale or next business day and tracking number supplied to you. If postage is delayed please lodge a dispute with Australia Post. If an item arrives broken please contact me within 24 hours of arrival with a photo of the item. Care is taken to wrap and protect your items in transit. However, if there has been an error from packaging I will credit your purchase.

Orders- We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the items have been shipped. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind.

We operate in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of NSW.

If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This covers our time, and for materials we have used.

Jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please note all crystals are unique, not uniform and some are perfectly imperfect
